In a nutshell...

I am a mix of apparently divergent qualities. I blend pure intuition with hard headed business mindedness. I combine traditional coaching tools with cutting edge spiritual insights, knowledge and experience.

I am not mainstream, but I am accessible. I help you to live ordinary life in an extraordinary way. I explore the next frontier of human potential and ground this in everyday life and work. I translate ancient spiritual wisdom into meaningful modern day living. I present an alternative perspective on life, work, success, leadership and self mastery, but my focus is always on balance, happiness and wholeness.

I am committed to recognising your natural strengths, identifying your unique gifts, talents and qualities, clarifying your life purpose, removing obstacles from your path and assisting you to move forward with confidence.

I live my authentic self and encourage you to do the same.

For those who like more detail...

I am an independent coach, trainer, facilitator, consultant. My projects have included aspects such as designing and implementing workshops related to Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) and group Life Coaching workshops. I write as a Johannesburg based Life Coach for magazines and newspapers and made my television debut, appearing on the Wisdom Keepers Panel for the SABC3 documentary 'Journey to the Core'.

Prior to becoming a Life Coach, I worked in a permanent and freelance capacity for Zurich Financial Services for ten years. Whilst there I was responsible for the training and development aspect of the People Management Department which included all aspects of the training and development cycle. I also played a consulting role in the brand migration process of SA Eagle to Zurich SA.

Most recently, however, I have been central to the development and implementation of a global graduate development program (GAP). Within this role, I served as the Project Manager for the International Business Division of this project. My tasks involved the recruitment, training and coaching of talent from every continent of the globe (except Antarctica!) My global experience and exposure includes a period of time working and living in the Far East as a teacher of English in Taiwan.

Before entering the Financial Services Industry, I was a consultant in the academic environment. My work focused on the teaching, training and mentoring of study skills. This included research into the transferability of study skills across disciplines. The results of this research were published in the South African Journal for Higher Education (1993). While at Wits University, I also developed an integrated model of learning. This model was published in 'The Star' newspaper and is now available to the public on Love Learning. Currently, I'm the in house study skills specialist for Matrics Uploaded, an educational show broadcast weekdays on SABC1.

I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (WITS) followed by an Honors degree in Clinical Psychology (R.A.U.). I graduated Cum Laude. In 2008, I completed an international qualification with the International Coaching Academy (ICA). I am a member of COMENSA and soon to be accredited with the International Coaching Federation.
